Ingredients:

Stone-ground type 1 soft wheat flour, marzipan (24%) [almonds, sugar, water, inverted sugar syrup], butter 84% fc, free-range chicken eggs, sugar, bergamot paste (4%) from Reggio Calabria [bergamot zest from Reggio Calabria, glucose syrup, cane sugar], raising agent (sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), wheat starch, iodized salt, Bourbon vanilla pods. Preservative-free.
