Description:
Shortbread cookie, enriched with Tuono almonds, honey and spices; the second cooking, with low temperature, gives the typical crunchiness and enhances the flavors.
Ingredients:
Stone-ground type 1 soft wheat flour, shelled Tuono almonds from Sicily (27%), orange blossom honey from Calabria, sugar, water, butter 84% fc, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), powdered cinnamon, cloves, Bourbon vanilla pods. Preservatives-free.
